Brian Pollyn

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Brian Pollyn is President and Group CEO of Brayden. A second generation EPCI contractor in the energy and petroleum industry, Brian spent time in the family business where he served as the Vice President and Head of Business Development for Pollap United Kingdom, and Pollap Nigeria Limited.

In 2013, he was part of a team that founded the Michigan Health Initiative, U.S.A. Since then, he has successfully pioneered and managed projects in various industries. He is a dynamic and brilliant entrepreneur gifted with skills in business strategy, and negotiations.

With a clear vision for industry transformation, Brian leads the Brayden Group through a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement. His passion for making a positive impact on the energy and infrastructure industry is rivaled only by his unique ability to connect with people and serve his community.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University, U.S.A

Rodger Creamer

CHIEF TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Rodger Creamer is Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Director of Brayden with over 35 years of experience in the energy, petroleum, and infrastructure industries. Prior to joining Brayden, Rodger has delivered multiple EPC projects worth over $1.5 billion, and has held a succession of executive leadership positions including: Senior Project Manager Chevron North America USA Kern river oil field, Project Manager SHELL Canada plant engineering Montreal Canada, Deputy Project Manager ARAMCO -WOSEP Light Oil Recovery Station Saudi Arabia, Project Engineer Manager KVAENER – GREENFIELD S.A. France, and Construction Manager/Supervisor ALMOJIL EST. PETRO KEMYA Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Rodger holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Mc Gill University, Montreal Canada and is on the board of directors of Petrolympic Ltd., Silverbacq LLC, and SE-AM Tech Inc. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Colorado, USA – P.E., American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, (Québec Order of Engineers) – Ing., and Association of Professional Engineers of Newfoundland.

Michael Anthony

CHIEF ENGINEERING DIRECTOR

Michael Anthony is Executive Vice President and Chief Engineering Director of Brayden with over 18yrs of experience in Engineering . Prior to joining Brayden, Michael set up and managed both Oil and Gas, Engineering, and Manufacturing companies, as well as projects of various sizes that range from about $200 K to $300 million. He has held a succession of leadership positions including: Operations and Project Engineer Chevron North America USA, Manufacturing Engineer American Coil USA, and Field Engineer Training Schlumberger Oil Field Services.

Mr. Michael holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Port harcourt Nigeria, and an MSc. Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California Los Angeles, California USA. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers of California, USA – P.E ., American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), National Fire Protection Agency, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and a participant of AHRI.

Dexter Ukaegbu

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Dexter Ukaegbu is Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Brayden with over 12yrs of experience in operations, project and financial management. Prior to joining Brayden, Dexter successfully planned, coordinated and managed multiple infrastructure projects within the private and public sectors.

He served as Project coordinator for Shell United Kingdom, Project manager for KPMG United Kingdom, Deployment team lead for United Bank of Switzerland, Project Support Analyst for Allen & Overy, and Project Coordinator for Pollap United Kingdom & Africa. As a pragmatic, reliable, and results-oriented leader, he will be responsible for all of Brayden’s business operations whilst building synergy for our customers and stakeholders.

Dexter holds a degree in Financial Economics form Kingston University, United Kingdom. He is also Commercial, PRINCE2 aware, ITIL aware, and AGILE aware certified.
